I don't know those Ogadens you speak of, but every last one of them on this forum and their general population, supports with both words and deeds, the Ethiopian occupation of the Somali regions. No Somali tribe has been a bigger tool or help advanced the Ethiopian ambitions more than this tribe. In the south they are trying the same exact formula but this time with Kenya instead of Ethiopian. No my dear, you are wrong..

Looks like you don't the history of how your master owned your forefathers.

Ras Makonnen annexed Harar 1887 and by 1889 him and Ras Darge were raiding deep Ogaden taking slaves, camels and cattle in the hundreds of thousands then selling them in Harar then shipped to the coast thanks to the French railway.

Originally Menelik wanted the railway to Harar so he can ship them faster but the engineers said it was too high of an elevation for those days technology.

By 1890 they were building churches in Degehbur.

The rest is history.

Menelik conquest lasted only 10 years with Arsi taking the longest (3 years).

By 1891 they completed the conquest of Ogaden erasing them to the ground wherever they went. In a single battle they wiped out 9,000.
