Am not gonna lie the capital looks much better than pre- 2012, before he came into power, but the number of qarax it has experienced is alot more than pre-2012. Therefore, this outweighs the postive (and ofcourse not managing the federalism fiasco by letting buuqlan dictate the constitution). All in all, he must go!
