Buhoodle is the equivalent of the Panjsir valley in Afghanistan.......it was never taken by either the communists or Taliban. :)

Off topic bro but where do the Dhulbahante subclan heavyweights that control militias stand in regard to Somaliland/Puntland/Khatumo?

I know that the J.S militia led by Mahad Canbashe are pro-Somaliland and so was Xabsade's B.A militia during the capture of L.A in 2007 but what about the other subclan militias? Are all Naleeye Axmed militiamen anti-Somaliland?

Pardon me, it is confusing for an outsider to work out the divided loyalties of Dhulbahante subclan heads. For instance, in Buhoodle, Xaglatoosiye got a welcome when he made an appearance as a Somaliland government official and so have Puntland or Khatumo representatives in the past whenever they have visited the town. From what I can gather from my Dhulbahante acquaintances, the masses do not have much love for Puntland or Somaliland but it is the men who control subclan militias that dictate Dhulbahante political affairs. How true is this statement? Furthermore, how much do intra-clan rivalries contribute to the divided state of the clan?

Im not the most qualified to answer but I will input what Ive come to understand. The militias wear the green and red, but the general masses bleed sky blue. And the situation will most likely remain the same until....

Xamar (or even Garowe) gives the miltiias a bigger paycheck than what Hargeysa is giving them. I doubt any Dhulbahante soldier is dying for the sake of SL. :Heh:

When will that happen? We gotta watch the drama down South. So thanks for giving me the names of the sellout warlords. And my question is, which presidential is best for Khaatumo. You heard the Legend:

Laascaanood libdhimayso, labo ma aha wadankeynu

This mindset is precisely the cause of your peoples' troubles.

If you seriously believe Xamar or Garowe are at all concerned about the situation in LA you'd be delusional.

Yet you sit and wait for someone to save you. That is weak.
