Farah Maalim covers the Somali issue more extensively but when Duale told the Gov my people first, it was impressive as he told Somalis you are becoming a powerful section of society and they wish to displace you, basically telling them to stand and not flee. Aden Duale is the 3rd most powerful from kenyatta, he is a bull in government from what I hear.
