THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE isn't great.

Had an issue with them a couple of months ago coming back to DC. Just unprofessional behavior by these jokes at Dubai Airport and at one of their airport hotels.

I know what you mean and believe me it's filled with shitty asians in almost every thinkable position, Emirates should learn to diversify, both customer service and plane ride was unpleasant.

I've flown Emirates once, economy class, and I noticed that the stewardesses are assigned different rows to serve, if you try to get the attention of one who is not assigned to your row, she would literally ignore you, not even smile and just walk past. Basically " not my fukkin row"
I understand they work in a stressful and tiny environment but they could atleast smile and say I'll call for someone to help you.
