The other day I stumbled upon a teleconference meeting between Dhuloos and OGs elders. This was exclusively for the elders but I somehow found the number. The main speaker was the vice president of Puntaland, Inj. Cameey. The Dhulbahante elders wanted the OGs in the DDSI to send peace delegations to stop the Dhulbahante clan fighting in the western Sool. Someone asked Cameey why the Liyuu is not interfering and putting forces between the two warring clans. His response was "Puntland and Somaliland waa xor oo federaalka ayay hoos tagaan, Liyuuguna shaqo kumaleh". Here you have a vice president of a Somali regional state confirming that Puntland and Somaliland are part and parcel of Ethiopia. Have you guys noticed that Gabre doesn't even bother interfering their affairs? He is more worried "kuwa aan xorta aheyn sida Xamar, Jubbaland, Galmudug and Koonfur Galbeed.

My question is, which of these two enclaves is 6 and 7? How do we assign their number in the Kililka format? Well, at least Puntland still has the blue flag flying high

Dhulos don't need teleconference to address two minor tribes feuding over pasture. They are capable of addressing those things on their own. The only teleconference I believe happened was either usual weekly tacsi or one with your master.

Ras Hawdian or Head of Hawd is no Habesha but an Ethiopian.

I know you are typical Somali troll who doesn't understand the concept of nationality from ethic and tribe so my expectations are not high.

And I promote Somalism within Ethiopia and encourage Somalis to have voice in ET before some alien spoke on their behave.

It is also important to understand the world around us. I find Ethiopian politics more intriguing than Somali tribal issues.

Apart Bantunization of Wanlawein I do not have any issue with any Somali.
