This is what the Eeydoor have done in Buuhoodle few years ago. Hawiye might have slaughtered Dhulbahante civilians in the south, but they have never invaded in Dhulbahante lands and slaughtered Dhulbahante women, children and men solely based on their clan and to subdue Dhulbahante and take over it's land.
Isaaq want to prosecute Colonel Tuuke, the Barkad Colonel. They want to prosecute General Morgan. They want to kill every single Daarod whether he was in Siyaad Barre's government or not because they simply hate Daarod. They will smile and welcome Daarod when it will help their cause, like how they welcomed Xaglatoosiye and other Dhulbahante men in Hargeisa because they think it will help their cause to convince the world that Dhulbahante is onboard with their ideology.
If Isaaq will not forget and forget what happened in the 1980s between SNM and the Somali Government, then what makes them expect Dhulbahante to forget and forgive what SNM has been doing to Dhulbahante and Wasrangeli from 1980s till today.
