Good. This is what I want to see. If Somali men don't play games and continue to be successful, then they'll get all the respect and finances they need.

Ahmed hopes to study A-levels in history, politics, Spanish and English literature and to win a place to read history at Oxford or Cambridge.
Those are all useless subjects. He should have picked to study Science/Technology/Engineering/Math aka STEM. He wants to PM, again another useless job. Why not be the next Bill Gates or Steve Jobs or other silicon valley tech billionaires.
Good luck to him anyways.

Are we sure of this kid's Skinnicity? I mean, look at him! He appears to have all the physical features peculiar to the natives of the Indian Subcontinent, and surprisingly none of the Skinny ones.

When are we going to accept that Somalis come in all shape and colours, my dad and all my adeers look like an older version of this boy, and they are Somali.
Can we stop this endless discussion about the "Somali look"

Susu000, good to see you have embraced your Sinhalese heritage. For those of us who have long struggled with their identities, you are quite an inspiration. Hopefully, one day, I too will accept of my Bedouin extraction.

Lol, one of my uncles came to us one day, having taken crowded bus, he was standing next to two somali ladies and one of the ladies smelt a smell and said to the other woman ( about my adeer) uffff wax ma kuu soo urooyaa? And the other one replied - Haa, hindigaan aa nagu dhuuusay. My adeer kept quiet and when he was getting off he said: "Aniga Hindi ma ihi, mana dhuusin, waxaana ahay nin abgaal. Balaayo ha idin aragto!"
