you cant simply accept such huge numbers in short time if the UNHCR Isnt collobarating for long term vision of providing for these returnees! the recovering economy will suffer,cities like baydhabo are not fully secure.it will take 2-3 years preparations unless you want them to starve in baydhabo.aid agencies must come up with a plan.the returnees need jobs,shelters,food which was provided to them by the UNHCR in kenya,the samething should continue for a window period of 4-6 years inside the country.the good news,they have education and can become teachers. :stylin:
