Any country in Africa, what are the prices of silver and gold? I would greatly appreciate the help.

Can't speak specifically to the Somali market, but the international market is by Troy ounce (31 grams) and the prices are "fixed" in London daily. You can get an idea of the bullion market here:

Actual prices of both bullion and alloys will be higher, plus any shipping.
