Apparently the media claims he was jailed for trying to organize anti Sland demos in Borama. What is his clan?

Lool we were in the same hotel (safari) 2 weeks ago. He was sitting comfortably with some old man, they were discussing Some unfamiliar politics probably Mogadishu.
