In the sense that my tribesmen are closer to me than other somalis yes but if my tribesmen are doing wrong against others or if others need help more than my tribesmen then i will naturally help the one who is oppressed and helpless. Of course in the case of friendships and such, i dont prefer one over the other

All Somalis are patriots and love each other. Even though we like to insult each other and fight, when it comes to ajnabi vs Somali we would gladly support our fellow Somalis.

For example if we see a fellow Somali mother being attacked on the street by ajnabi, we would gladly defend her. We wouldn't ask her for her qabiil.

No because being part of a Qollo(clan) is part of the parcel of being Somali. No need to contrast the two as if they are different from one another.

It seems as if everything is aimed at denying clan or making clan out out be mutually exclusive to Soomaalinimo.
