I want to ask my friend Sahal and others why is it that some countries e.g. Somalia, Turkey, Tunisia and Paksitan (under Zardari) they always seem to have Presidents and Prime Ministers who are both active in the political process and can result in power struggles. I blame the france style hybrid executive system in their constitutions
