It is a former refugee camp. It now hosts other internally displaced people within K5.

, Hart Sheik became home to more than 250,000 people, mostly Somalians from the Gabiley and
Hargeysa areas in north-western Somalia. The camp was closed in July 2004, but thousands of people remained there,
mostly internally displaced persons from within the Somali Region. Those who left it went to Somaliland after the end
of the civil war.

They still majority sacad muuse refugees , even if they settle they are still sacad muuse. xaasinimada jooji kaagan sacad yoonis waxaagu waaba cudure. Harti Sheekh could be bigger then Jigjiga if there was a fair central government in that region , but this mid size town is been discriminated against in favor of Qabri Bayax a small village. But that's how the Daarood play in eastern Ethiopia they remove district statuts from big isaaq towns and accord it to small Ogaden villages so they can get more MPs in the regional and federal parliament.

There is no single Ogaden in The whole of Qabri Bayax district wtf are you talking about? And Calling Qabri Bayax a small village next to this Qaxooti camp is laughable. you post nonsense for the sake of posting with no regard for facts.

I think isaaq should negotiate with ina cagjer and get a big mamul that is exclusively isaaq like Issa have shinile, we should also have our own police to patrol it like shinile.
Call it gobalka hawd that would stretch from the edges jigjiga to Danood.
Gaashamo as the capital, harta sheikh could be the second capital.
