Dhabayaco is running on deficit budget

Post by Maroodijex »

Read this document from the World Bank survey.

Dhabayaco land have been running upto 20 million dollars in the red, missing salaries and other commitments.

I think Somaliland should maintain the pressure on Dhabayaco and keep their budget deficit even further in the red. Every barrel of petrol, every sack of rice, every truck, every soldier they all just add up costs to their unbalanced budget furthering split and internal strive as the meager resources are fought over.

Our security forces budget was already 58 million dollars 2 years ago according to president silanyo's speech in our military anniversary 2014. puntland can't match Somaliland . put we too can't waste resources on useless conflicts. We need to develop our country's infrastructure .

this is what happens when you have a guy like Gaas who hasn't got a clue on how to run a state at the helm. The guy is worst leader Puntland has had.
