smooth wrote:The preparations were started few years ago knowing full well it's a matter of "when" not "if", my parents saw the writings on the wall a decade ago, the very same parents that fled before any rebel group was formed from Somalia.
I care more about the safety of my parents more then I care about myself so the first thing was to build them home in Xamar and secure them which I have done, they always yearned to go back which was a huge positive, it will be the safest place and a safe heaven in the looming economic collapse or world war 3
Phase 2 is myself and achieving economic freedom to the point I will never need to come back and still be able to support my parents, this is really the most difficult struggle and requires immense discipline, no liabilities what's so ever on my books to maximise savings, wouldn't have achieved much without this, the poor spend, the rich hoard.
No going out for years, no restaurants, home cooked food, fruits and veggies all frozen kept for weeks, no car, no phone bills, and NO f-king NO marriage to these entitlement riddled dumb women, the last one is how majority of guys waste most of their money on these farcical ceremonial BS, with the guy gaining very little in benefit.
Time will soon come were fathers will beg you to take over responsibility or like in many countries sell them for a rice of sack, no need to burden yourself with additional headache, because these western women will become the greatest burden in a collapse for you and drive you absolutely insane, you want an already seasoned women back home, not one scared to milk a goat.
You want to avoid villages in terms of relocation by all means necessary unless you are really hardened like the redneck ranchers and can live of the land, you want to be in urban centres in coastal cities and within those cities places that are as close to the beaches as possible, sea food and livestock is what people will live on for some time.
I have invested heavily in different industries, small boats, solar powered freezers, solar panels, rain water harvesters, portable filtration systems etc The pastoral lifestyle is too much risk especially in ensuing chaos. Don't think much use buying lands unless your going to build on it very fast before the collapse comes, no one will care about a piece of paper, your not going to move squatters.
In terms of my siblings, it's not my concern, the safe haven is there and they have been informed, I have done way beyond what anyone else would have done so my job is done, there is only so much you can do in terms of preparation but leave the rest in Allah's hands, also invested in survival techniques and other materials that will be useful.
As I type this Deutsche Bank is on the verge of collapse, trillions of derivatives debts on their books, impossible to bail them out, simply not enough money in the system for this, due to the exposures it will instantly take out Barclays, HSBC, Morgan Stanley and all French, Italian and Spanish banks that are already drowned in debt. The EU will collapse as Deutsche bank is the EU, think for a moment about a bank 6x the size of Lehman brothers collapsing, 2009 will look like a heaven.
The risks at the moment are as follows each of them highly likely and producing the exact same effect, just one of them needs to happen to have a trickle down effect.
1) Economic collapse (WHEN DB goes down it's game over)
2) Civil unrest - through operation gladio B to turn people against Muslims, reports ISIS patsies smuggled chemical weapons into Europe, a single school with children hit, will cause this massive breakout war on the streets, just now on the darknet big news which will break soon, about anonymous obtaining documents British General Shoot on sigh policy.
3) World War 3 - colossal troop build up in Baltic states, Russia running Nuclear apocalyptic simulation drills , Putin recently warned about it world war 3 being imminent due to NATO encirclement
I agree with everything you said.
Especially about the entitled western women and how they are nothing but a burden. The men are also no different, and you can blame this on the selfish millennial culture that runs prevalent in modern young or our generation.
I have gotten out of as much debt as possible, and have started to save like crazy, but only in real tangible assets and not fiat paper currency put into the banks.
So far I have a house built in Somalia, and some land that I have not built on yet. My only issue right now is that I have young children whom I need to prepare, with my youngest not even having a passport yet (I'm in the process of making it for him as we speak). Also my missus is here on a spouse visa that needs renewal, and this will render her unable to travel for at least a few months. When I do get all of their documents sorted, I won't be staying here a minute longer than needed!
You are right about the economy being on the brink, as we know recessions are usually on 7 to 9 year cycles with the fractional reserve banking system and on top of that you have to factor in that fiat currency systems have a 40 year lifespan historically. Since the current fiat system backed up by absolutely nothing (they call it the petrodollar, whereby you can only buy Saudi oil with US paper) has been running for more than 40 years, with the Bretton woods gold standard binned in the 1970's by president Richard Nixon. We are in a very very serious situation, but most people are too worried about playing pokemon Go!
I am in actual fear thinking that I may have left all of this too late. My hope is that this collapse still has another year or so to run its course, which might be wishful thinking. It really does seem like the world is on the brink of something catastrophic.
