Isha is cool area with nice scenery I love the over looking mountains.

As for carrying guns you right very few people carry them outside in public and NO one shows them in public but privately and in homes and amongst family and friends, to my understanding it's seen as just part of the furniture

The country is awash with arms, my uncle has 3 guns. Even a tik-driver I met one day had a handgun inside the glove-compartment of his vehicle.

If you go into most shops, the owners have assault rifles stashed somewhere for protection. Same with Khat sellers.
