Unlike ignorant and savage Ogaden and some Oromo who kill their mothers for their TPLF masters and their prophet Meles, Amhara police and army has refused to kill their people.
I said some Oromo because more and more Oromo police are starting to refuse Tigrai orders.
The TPLF has began transporting their notorious special forces called Agazi into the region. As many as 80 are reported killed in Amhara now and transported back to Tigray.

I heard the term Agazi came from the ottoman empire. Is this true? If yes, why did Tigrais chose it?

The only way TPLF can avoid violent falling is to allow multiparty system which can peacefully transfer power to the majority. A minority group like the TPLF can't manage to keep subduing other majority ethnic groups for a long period of time. Eventually they have to give up power or face the consequences of their tyranny.

Re: The Bahir Dar unrest
Not much has changed in terms of a lasting outcome and things remain very tense.
The TPLF admin deployed thousands of soldiers and put the airforce on high alert.
The Amhara residents are staying indoor and streets are deserted.
Amhara and Oromo both have no arms and they going to need Amhara and Oromo members to defect from the army and take their arms with them.
That is the next level and if things reach there it's game over.
The Amhara army and police already refused to kill their own people unlike Oromo (Muktar Kedir) and Abdi iley.
G7 is staying out because locals despise them too.
Revo
Yes Agazi was inherited from the Ottomans who ruled the Eritrean coast such as Massawa. They introduced the title to the region as they did with askari.
The word agazi comes from the Turkish word Ghazi/Gazi meaning warrior.
