Reer Borama to build road connecting Borama and Djibouti via Zeyla
Well there goes the importance of dawga Cad. Dawga cad won't be needed if this road materializes.

No it will not, dawga cad road will connect two capitals Hargeisa and Djbouti ....both capitals have large increasing population , good for business and tourism.
competition is good, if borama will build their own connecting road so they have to compete with hargeysa and develop their local markets and infrastructure....now Hargaysa is second to none.

That is called stating the facts. If this road is built that means there is another alternative road, it is more likely a lot of reer
Awdal will use this road since it is in their region and closer rather than going back to Hargeisa then going through Lughaya >
Zeyla etc.

How can a road be qabil-based?
How does this road impact Dawga and why is Dawga 'property' of certain reer?
Don't both roads go thru Awdal to reach Djib?

Any sort of development is good for the country.
Building more roads just improves the infrastructure.
When I want to go to Birmingham from London I can
a) use the m40 that would take me straight there or
b) use the m1, then m6.
Both journeys roughly take the same time, but it is good to give people the choice.
