Becoming Dahabshill Agent - requirements

Folks, what is the requirement to become an agent for Somali Hawala services.

My assumption is they will protect certain locations that have an existing Agents, but is there minimum capital requirement or some sort of fee up front.

Requirements are
1, anti somalia
2.willing to carry out mission's for Somaliland secret service
3. Willing to take bribe
4.willing to kill takeout the south
