Well known guys from the opposition groups have sent letters to al Bashir telling him that mogadishu airport is controlled by the western security agencies

even if al bashir were to land in moqadishu airport theres diplomatic immunity and other things of that nature. no way a head of state can be bagged & tagged like some any common criminal

Hsm recently stole half mill from the central bank..he wouldn't think twice to hand over bashir to the hague..which could be catastrophic for somalis living in sudan who number in the tens of thousands..

mogadishu is under the United states they cant secure bashiirs visit to bad somalis have become so weak. not that i like the war criminal bashiir but the fact that cia and us intellegence is every where in mogadishu and can intercept bashiir since Somalia has a weak govt it is very sad really

Albashir did the right decision, there is election campaign in Mogadishu right now, those in the government , those in the government can't be trusted they won't hesitate to sell him to the west .

Somalia is runned from halane base and CIA and american intelligence runs the security with help of AMISOM. Bashir made the right decision by not trusting the som gov that only exist in name.

he got away once in this type of situation i think he could do it again. thing is sudan does not have a large stake in amisom mission, which makes this trip of president al bashir to somalia sort of irrelevant anyways, maybe he didnt want to turn up and decided to let HSM down in a nice way
