Somaliland belongs to all not to a few priveliaged corrupted individuals keep extending to each other, what the f**k is this, walahi somaliland became a total joke, since 2005 and the parliament elections never happened they keep extending their term over and over.

this time its kulmiye's fault ,elections were supposed to happen in 2013, but they lobbyied and pribed hard to delay it and coin it with the presidential elections in 2015, and even involved the supreme court in attesting to this agreement to held them both together then out of no where the guurti postponded the elections till 2017 and again supreme court ensued an order to fix the dates of the 2 elections on 2017.......and now without a real cause just postpone the parlilament elections INDEFINITELY.

that means we failed to reach upto what we keep preaching to the world that we are a democratic country, we are more oligarch regime.

btw:

if parties accept to delay parliament elections, and cirro goes for presidency electrions then he must step down as house speaker.
