This is what one of the people who commented in that video stated:
Making a tv show of the problem of extremism when there are more gangs and deaths over gang related activities. The rate of people leaving America to go to Somalia to join Alshabab and ISIL is 0.002 percent of the whole population of Somalis, so making a tv show from this as if this is the biggest issue is misleading. And not to mention that Islam hating BITCH Katherine Bigalow, or whatever her f-king name is, is not to be trusted under any circumstances, whatsoever. We don't trust these people to show the accurate account cuz their history is filled with demonization of Muslims and Islam. It's really not that simple for him to come to such neighborhood and think with him producer, or whatever she is doing will be well received considering the governments stupid anti extremism project and now this. We don't trust those other people behind the camera.
So, it seems reer Minneapolis are expressing their own experiences and worry about ramification of this show and the negative impact it will have on them.
Personally, I am not from Minneapolis, so can't comment on this show, movie, documentary, or whatever it is; however, for people who deal with feds, main stream media, and other state organs on them on daily basis as the Somalis in Minneapolis are, their worry about the ramifications of this piece is understandable.

Is it a movie? I doubt it is a show. Maybe a documentary.
If he initiated this, then I support their grievances towards him.

However, we should hold everyone on the same pedestal, forinstance, Barkhad who took part in two movies: one about burcad badeed, the other terrorism, all for the betterment of greater Somalia
