Isn't this what we were fighting with Puntland for? Other than Jareerweyne, this is the same Hawiye Clans. Even reer Aw Xassan are hawiye.

Muqdisho is a Metropolitan city and has no Clan Representations in the both houses. That is why Banadiri did not get Senators because Xamar cannot be a clan city. They will elect their own mayor and city council members in the sub-districts or xaafadaha but it will not have a national impact.

Xamar WAS a city for all people, irrespective of clan. Not anymore.
