How is the time told in Somalia?

Hello guys,

I wanted to know how the time is told in Somalia. Is the 12 hour clock used throughout the entire country, or is it only some parts? And how often is it even used? In Ethiopia, the 12 hour clock is the standard and no one uses the 24 hour clock so I wanted to know if this is the case in Somalia...
