Risky business: Is US supporting anti-Chinese militants in Syria?

But will China be provoked? I doubt it. Syria is a quagmire meant for the Russians. China can handle any Uyghur terrorist returning to Xinjiang or anywhere in China. However, China may try to turn it into a quagmire for the US by pumping up increased arms for Assad.

The key flash point is still the South China Sea and the east China Sea.

But with Duterte opting out of being cannon-fodder for the US, it is Japan and possibly Vietnam in the ECS and SCS respectively.
