Ok so its Friday I decide to try out this new mosque near my house. The sheikh was a Somali guy and he was talking about how you should pick your friends carefully. The lecture was actually pretty good and all and then out of nowhere he says "A lot of western muslims get shot because their father doesn't care at all and while the youth are selling drugs at the corner store the father is at the tim hortons across the street for hours talking about politics when they should atleast be talking about Islam." At this point I'm dying of laughter and all the Somali adeers got pissed off at him and it turned into a mess acudubillah. All and all the mosque probably lost all chances of having Somalis going there again but was still funny that they got pissed over something like that.
