Sheikh Madar is the most ghetto neighborhood in Hargeisa

And Daami. What are the land prices in those two neighborhoods? Surely they can't be high because they are notorious
rundown hoods. The houses in Sheikh Madar are literally rotting.

Land prices in sh madar can't be high

the oldest part of hargeysa have some of the highest land prices due to close proximity to the suuqs and water supply

Guryosamo
Xidigta
Dumbuluq
Jaamcada
Are all run down yet they can match any suburb for land prices due to them all have great water supply come to all these new areas

Dumbluq is not run Down
I don't know about daami ask the midgaans at the barber shop

Land prices in Sheekh Madar
The whole place was fully built by 1970s.
