A short outward analysis on the conflict in Ethiopia.

Ethiopia declares state of emergency over protests
http://www.aljazeera.com/news/2016/10/e ... 06730.html

Ethiopia is a bestfriend of Western hegemony and Zionism these two factors mean the government can oppress people without the scorn of the "moral" judgment of the international community.

You can notice this by looking at how the news is dealing with the terrible crisis in Ethiopia. You see Ethiopia is run by American puppets. Unlike Gaddafi, so the term "Killing their own people" does not apply. Obama and cohorts are under no pressure (this time) to save civilian lives and invade the country. But had this been Libya the criteria to invade would have long been met. So why the two standards? Why so fast on Libya, took a few weeks and they were planning all kinds of collations. And we need to study history to understand what these devils are really all about. Human rights? They invade a country for human rights violations? Well only if you are not their friend or their ally. Ethiopia is also not an oil rich country.. but is a partner in Africom

Are you honestly asking why Libya and not Ethiopia?

Amongst other things Ethiopia been the first country to accept Christianity makes it unique and cannot be compared to those desert rats in north Africa. I said before ethiopia waa dal tol leh. Waa laandheere country who have angels, uncle Sam and the west watching out for them. And it doesn't take a political science major to make sense of why Libya and not Ethiopia? The news alone tells you what you need to know. Even the deafening silence about crisis in ethiopia tell you what you need to know. Ethiopia GOB! Libya GUN!

No i was not asking. I was making the point that because Ethiopia is the best friend of the West and Zionism , means they can do whatever they want even oppress their own people without the so called ''moral'' judgment of the international community.

You don't see the Western worlds favorite rhetoric like ''human rights violation'' or ''Freedom and democracy'' in the news or by western leaders.
But rather they are creating this narrative that it's just peasants being a nuisance and people disturbing the peace. The majority is wrong in speaking against 6% of the population dictating them and somehow responsible for being killed and silenced as a result of it is the narrative they are pushing.

Ironic don't ya think.

The conflict in Ethiopia provides for a good opportunity to highlight the continuing agenda of the international community and notably their role in securing hegemony over the region.

There's some truth to that.Ethiopia is very receptive to the demands of the whities . When they ask to provide troops in Somalia , they do it . You never hear a single ethiopian soldier dying anywhere , in fact the last time they had to retreat from Moqdishu { back when the CIA was pushing Cabdillahi Yusuf } when they couldn't hide the numbers anymore .
Anyway I do not consider Ethiopia an enemy , more like a rival , kinda ugly at times when I look at their prime minister , but it is true they 're the darling of the West , just like Kenya is . Wallahi Billahi eventhough people call me all kind of names , I deep down take a certain pride in the "trouble making " somalis , always the rebels
