A day? ... I amnt much of a water drinker but I started drinking a gallon a day, I Dnt mind forcing myself to drink it but I'm tired of going to the washroom every 10 minutes

i don't drink water wallah. if i drink half glass when i break my fast, i am lucky. if i force myself to drink a whole glass i get headache.

A lot of late. Until a few years ago, barely any water. Consumption was limited to after gym and sport. Since then, I drink a few litres a day at least and that's not enough.

Hyper, I recall a similiar post a long time ago where you and I mentioned that we weren't fans of sterling H20. That's changed where I'm concerned...took a few months but it worked to the point where I only drink water mostly. Give a try man

^ okay brother tell me how you could do with the headache when you first started?

I still cannot bring myself to drink full glass 250ml of water in one sitting. maybe my tummy is small. I just feel headache and so full.

Since normal ppl work in litres not gallons

I drink 2-3litres a day

water doesn't cause headache it actually prevents it. Water is good for you bro, it's good for your kidneys, brain, bowel movement, it also helps you lose weight, which's why I am torturing myself drink 8 cups at least throughout the day

Flavour water with lemons+mint and/or ginger.

cigaal, I really get headache if I force myself to drink water. my doctor told me, my body will tell me if I need water and do not worry about how much water to drink.

Ur doc is wrong lol my body never Tells me to drink either well mybe once a day lol that dies f mean I am not dehydrated. Start it small then increase

8 glasses a day is a stupid concept.Your body knows when it needs water.Some might have more difficulty differentiating between thirst and hunger.

Some days i drink more than 2 litres and others barely 1.

It's not stupid it has many benefits. If you can even drink more it's better yes some ppl think they are hungry and eat when they thirsty. I drink two classes of water with my food now, and I ate way less than before.

Hyper, u need to be more active. I am consistently moving at work so it's easier to drink than when you are sitting in ac office
