Firstly, the Mudug and Galgaduud Dir (Surre) are not politically aligned. The Xeerale Faqi Maxamed are hardcore ASWJ as the following video illustrates.

The Bacadweyne Qubeys are pro-Galmudug hence why they have the deputy speaker position in the GM Parliament and the Aqalka Sare post.
