Here is 70 years old man who live in Muqdisho. He feeds a family of 7 by walking whole day selling Peanuts and Popcorn. He has been endorsed by Abdimalik who is my favorite charity worker. We need to have him start some little business at his home and sell it instead of walking in Muqdisho whole day. Even though I do not know Muqdisho, the distance he is describing to be covering is way long at his age.

If you will send him anything, Please let me know in Private so that I can add it on the amount am collecting. our budget is to send him about $1000. This is a man who needs little help to move on and do something for his life. Hyper, I know you might not understand Maymay but just listen to him couple of times. You will get most of it. I will call him first to find out which hawala he prefers and in what city. He is saying his name and phone number on the video so am sure anyone can get that.

Send me your contribution amount in PM so I send you the hawala name and which location in muqdisho.

Isn't it beautiful? A hard working happy 70 something year old man yaaqe!!! I mean, look at him, fulfilled, occupied, active, and even happy to be alive! We have somali men in our local star bucks and somali malls-- and yes---mosques who are always seen luxuriating around. They hold no jobs. Public houses lobbys--sitting and watching people. Imagine bringing this hard working man here in the west? Wait---if u bring him here, he will do the same. Why work if u get free check? Scratch that.

Anyway--thanks for sharing. This is an uplifting story great for a Monday! :stylin:
