If they are meant to come, they will come irrespective of whether you like them or not. You don't have them now so enjoy health to the fullest and be thankful. No need wasting time scared of a disease you have no control whatsoever of. If you spend a good chunk of your healthy time worried about them and then get it later. That is succumbing to the disease twice.
