I believe that's the Turkish hospital name after the Turkish president, iam not from mugdisho and even I know where that is. I know for sure it's that place, the Turkish have good design building wise.

yeah its. i had some doubts but i showed one more side to xiinow and he side its the turkish hospital. i have seen the place in video before so this laami is inside. i thought it was the guys i were talking about who did this.
