There is a small faction of Arab troops that fight alongside the YPG that do receive US logistical support but they do not makeup the majority of the faction

The U.K., US, Germany, Netherlands have given nearly $100M to these White Helmets and Aleppo Media Center which is housed with JFS, Ahrar Al Sham, etc in East Aleppo and Idlib

They're using US weapons from Qatar and Saudi

There's also been several accounts of civilians saying they can't leave East Aleppo when the Russians and Syrian armies opened up corridors but the rebels prevented it.
