Djbouti is making millions.

Somalia has, Ugandan bases, Burundian, SiearaLeon Ghanian, Nigerian, Kenyan, Ethiopian, even Turks. Somali waters are full of African, European, Indian navies, Pirates and vessels stealing fish and dumping waste.

We should annex djibouti it'd be very easy and tbh the only reason djibouti is appealing is because they give us a border with Eritrea and that could be very very useful when attempting to attack the ogaden
