As you can see from the picture the great Dhulbahante intellectual Dr Cali Ciise Cabdi is a member of the Khaatumo delegation. He is also well connected to the Ethiopian regime, and firm believer in Maamul goboleedka SSC. It's interesting to see iidoor out of their comfort zone and not dealing with their usual lackeys, but intellectuals who are committed to an idea.

what is the long term goal for the khatumo side? it's clear their primary goals are pursuing their clans interest but what do they have in mind for the long term?? somaliweyn ?

The agendas are not public as yet, so it's hard to answer your question. But I would guess that a maamul goboleed under the SFG would be their primary and long term goal, in addition to pursuing their clan interest. Is that feasible or attainable?

What you, Bandit and the hardcore Qabilist idoors don't understand is that we need a Nation. They take it as a weakness when you say that, they get high on my Qabiil is gonna control SL, you are this blabla, all Somalis are not one Qabiil and all Somalis share their lands with others, & at one point in time the 60s 70s 80s or know your Qabiil came under a leader of another. People need basic needs performed by a Govt and it's a conclusion that most humans reached. What do we get out of killing each other attacking and displacing each other, Revenge killings? We are all Soomaali Muslim brothers & neighbors. I like Somaliweyn but our Southern brothers Hawiye & Darood are greedy & Corrupt and mooryaan who held the nation back for 3 decades.
