Article number 7, I think refers to the Khaatumo Liberation Front led by Faysal Falaalug and Col.Cali Faarax Faloosi, if I'm not mistaken.

Article 8 is ambiguous. What is maamul daadajin? Which maamul are they referring to.

Article 11 is very interesting,asking the UN and other aid agencies to operate in SSC, and lift their sanctions against the area. Why did they impose sanctions in this area, when they operate in even more volatile areas. Surely they have all along sided with one party and cannot be expected to be honest brokers.

What do you guys think about this. Has Khaatumo capitulated and discreetly joined Somaliland.

If you read Articles 6 and 7 you can see there is something doggy in it . For the khaatumo crew "Dib loo qorsheeyo" means removing the army from those places, for the Somaliland crew it means some reshuffle and may be increasing the number of Somaliland troops on the border between puntland and Somaliland .


Article 7 is obviously pushed by the khaatumo crew, they want to stop Dhuloos youth flooding to the SLN army , Somaliland already knew this will come so they already enrolled enough dhuloos militias from every Raas before this agreement.
