That's probably done with NGO money or a Foriegn gvt donation, Warsangeli Lands deserve more than that, you have been taking money in their name for 18 years..

If you taking about the price I think 13 million Dollar for Garowe Airport and Maakhir university .

This is good and all but I rather have weapons not books. This could have funded 100 technicals mounted with machine-gun.
