Because I was addressing Somalis. I think for Somalis Social justice supercedes individual justice. I mean a Somali would fight for justice for his clan more than he would for an individual's justice ( that individual being a member of his own).
For Somalis social justice means clan justice.

I hope you understand what I mean here just that I am sorry to say that I haven't the time right now to to write a more detailed explanation
