Are they going to cell the cement factory too. Wtf at this speed the entire province of saaxil will be in private none Somaliland hand by the timithe election comes.

Boreh has an huge axe to grind with Djibouti. He's the one who helped facilitate negotiations between DP World and Somaliland.

Wouldn't be surprised if he invested in SL to spite the yakhis

Berbera cement plant is already progressing, Dahabshiil, and other Somaliland companies are investing this cement plant, not sure ina Boreh.

The state should develop the cement industry so that it can sell cement to Somalilanders at lower prices.
I don't support private investment of any sort.

Private investment means higher prices for this crucial product; it also means a loss of revenues for the government.
