the only way to stop such senseless killing is through massive public support and intel sharing,also,the family of such criminals should be hanged,there should be a law to target the whole family and i dont care the reasons.this should be a priority,the frustrating thing is the NISA is hiding the clan of the terrorist ,it should be make public.
