What Somali family names their kids Osh and Akela? They are not Somali but I detect slight accent in their English, just like Somalis. I can't be sure 100% they are not Somalis.

HOA = Horn of Arica. They are Ethiopians. But since most women from HOA don't wear wigs, I though it is interesting to see what if they often wear like African American women. I think sometime it looks nice. What do you think?
