The same people who claim about the droughts and reoccurring famine are the ones against progress such as developing Berbera if that means expanding the port, Berbera corridor or inviting a friendly nation such as UAE to operate a base. If these Somalis had brain they would see the day UAE forces in Berbera dropped much needed medical and food aid across the Somali Peninsula. This is part of the agreement to help with relief efforts.

In a way some people deserve the famine.

Thanks to UAE, I can assure you things have already changed and people are ready to harness the next flooding season(s).
