ومن المتوقع أن تبدأ أعمال بناء رصيف الميناء خلال 12 شهراً من تاريخ استيفاء بنود وشروط العقد وأن تستغرق 24 شهراً لإنجازها.

It says they will start after 12 month from the day all the parties agree on it .
