if you mean Dr X.playa , he can insult allah in front of the minister of religious affairs and nothing will happen to him. But if foreigners do the same thing there is no way they can get away with that. There is clear discrimination in Somaliland's sharia law. Foreigners should never ever try to mess with the local culture and region . One little mistake can put you in jail or out of the country. Last year a Kenyan fool did similar thing, he lost his grossly paid job and banned for life.
