SL shura council?

What the hell is this shura council? Is it real or lies against SL
who gave these people authority?
The Shura council was established in the 1990s based in the city of Burao (capital in the Togdheer region)

What the hell is shura? Shura is a salafi term for a house of councillors. Maybe they meant the Gurti.

Shura is not a salafi term you donut but an arabic/islamic term. It was a shura that selected Abu bakr RA and so on.

No. But I don't believe in shadow governments or extrajudicial bodies that make pronouncements about social/economic/political affairs. Untrained, unregulated, unaccountable old men have no authority beyond you or I.

Have you met them? Heard of them by individual name? Seen them on TV?
I'm talking about SL Shura Council?
The upper of house of SL contains those same old name. You don't seem you concerned about them!

But its insane if we have crazy old dudes telling people what to do. If u have any info about this Shura council let me know I will report them to SL security services for undermining the rule of law.
