Yep it's true, it shows he doesn't believe Harti lands as part of SL, but that they are pro Somalia.

Last time you tried to fight us HJ were banned from kalshaale, so good luck. Farmaajo has no intention of fighting against SL, simply because he doesn't recognize Harti as part of it. We are heavily armed any way and don't need the Somali governments weapons.

The problem is not a lack of weapons.....but a coherent long term strategy.
I would prefer we negotiate with s/l...... extracting as many concessions and international aid/projects as possible.
