ustaad sahal, what's causing the rivers to dry up? I've seen a number of videos showing the Shabeelle having dried up along several cities/towns. Is it a concerted effort by Ethiopia to punish Somalis by setting up dams and limiting the flow?

mostly caused by the drought in ethiopia

looks like Ethiopia is propertioning river flows. when its rainy they release more waters and when its not rainy they divert water flow into their dams
