Hopefully, it'll rain in the rest of the country.

How come only a handful of federal states are getting the rains? And is it too early to say, roobabkaan looma dhamma?

These rains are not following the 4.5 protocols.

^ Not fair! If Puntland and Galmudug do not get rains within the next few days, I will, personally, take it upon myself to table a 'mooshin' of no confidence against Mother Nature.
